No prescription is required. You may buy this item separately without purchasing a concentrator, and there is no quantity limit on battery or accessory orders. The one-order-at-a-time rule applies only to concentrator orders.
This accessory ships directly from O2 Concepts. Accessory shipping is quoted per order and applied per box. Expedited shipment of lithium-ion batteries shipped on their own carries a dangerous-goods surcharge. Check the shipping charge before completing your purchase.

We contact O2 Concepts technical support to coordinate diagnosis, a return authorization (RMA) and any repair or replacement approved under the applicable manufacturer warranty. Wait for the RMA and shipping instructions before sending equipment anywhere.
