Return and Exchange Policy

At Americare Oxygen, our priority is ensuring your concentrator performs correctly and supports your respiratory needs from day one. To protect patients and equipment integrity, we offer a 14-day return window for eligible oxygen concentrators and accessories.

We encourage you to inspect your equipment immediately upon delivery and complete a brief functionality test. This ensures the device is operating properly and meets your prescribed needs during the return period.

Please review the product manual included with your order — it contains important operating, cleaning, safety, and warranty information.

14-Day Return Eligibility

A return may be approved if all criteria below are met:

• Return request submitted within 14 days of delivery

• The device is unused beyond initial testing

• Original packaging is intact and included

• All accessories, manuals, and documentation are returned

• Unit has no odor, smoke exposure, pet exposure, contamination, or visible wear

• Return shipment shows tracking on or before the 14th day

• A valid Return Authorization (RMA) has been issued

Items returned without authorization or outside these conditions will not be accepted.

Non-Warranty Returns (Customer Change-of-Mind / Ordered in Error)

• Must be initiated within 14 days

• Equipment must be new, unused, and in saleable condition

• All original packaging, accessories, and paperwork required

• 20% restocking fee applies

• Customer pays return shipping

• RMA number must be on return shipping label

If the unit is used beyond functional testing, contaminated, or missing components, the return will be denied.

Warranty-Related Returns (Manufacturer Defects)

If your product has a manufacturer defect, Americare Oxygen will:

• Provide a prepaid shipping label

• Coordinate repair or replacement per manufacturer warranty terms

Warranty claims are subject to manufacturer evaluation.

How to Request a Return

Include:

• Order number

• Reason for return

• Photos of device & packaging

We will verify eligibility and issue an RMA and correct return address.

Do not ship equipment to our office or the shipment-origination address. Returns without an RMA cannot be processed.

Refund Processing

Once the device is received and inspected:

• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method

• Processing time: 3–5 business days

• Used, damaged, or incomplete items will be denied and returned to sender
