Place your order on Americare Oxygen first. Then use Americare’s secure CareCredit page to pay the exact order total. Your order stays pending while we match the payment and review any required prescription.

New applications are subject to credit approval. Applying does not pay for an Americare order. If approved, return to the CareCredit page and complete payment for your order.

Already have a CareCredit account?

1. Place your Americare order. Add your items to cart, choose CareCredit (pay after order) at checkout, and review the total, including shipping and tax. Your order will be received with payment pending.
2. Open the CareCredit page and choose Pay. Confirm the provider is Americare Medical Supplies and Services, 3809 Princess Anne Road, Suite 108, Virginia Beach, VA 23456. Enter the customer information requested by CareCredit.
3. Pay the exact order total. Use the total in your Americare order confirmation. Review CareCredit’s payment and financing terms, submit payment, and save the confirmation.
4. Help us match the payment. Reply to your Americare order confirmation with your Shopify order number, payment date, amount, and CareCredit confirmation or reference number if shown. If CareCredit provides an invoice or reference field, enter your order number there too.

What happens after payment?

We match the CareCredit transaction to your order and send status updates as it moves through Order received / under review and then Order released. We release an oxygen-concentrator order after payment is verified and any required prescription is reviewed. Tracking information follows when the supplier ships your drop-shipped order.

For an oxygen concentrator, the required prescription must be received and reviewed before the order can be released. Accessory-only orders do not require a prescription.
