Do I Need a prescription to purchase?

No prescription is required when purchasing directly from Americare Oxygen. However, we recommend consulting with your physician to ensure you select the appropriate flow settings for your oxygen therapy needs.

How quickly will my order ship?

All in-stock concentrators ship within 24 hours of order placement. Most customers receive their unit within 4-5 business days via free ground shipping. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout

Is this product suitable for all adult ages worldwide?

Yes, it’s safe and beneficial for adults of all ages.

What if my concentrator stops working?

Contact us for troubleshooting. If it’s under warranty, we'll assist with repair or replacement per the manufacturer’s policy. If it’s out of warranty, we offer service guidance and replacement options.

Are these approved for airplane travel?

Yes! All our portable concentrators are FAA-approved for airline travel. We include all necessary documentation with your order to make TSA screening smooth and hassle-free.

 

Do you offer financing or payment plans?

We will provide a prepaid return label and coordinate repair or replacement per manufacturer warranty rules.

How do I send my prescription?

You can upload it during checkout or email it to americaremedicals2@gmail.com. If you don’t have one, we can help coordinate with your provider.

What oxygen settings do your portable units support?

Most units support pulse-dose delivery. A limited number offer continuous flow. Always match device capability to your clinical prescription. If you're unsure, ask us or your doctor before buying.

Do portable concentrators come with a warranty?

Yes. All units include a manufacturer warranty covering defects. Warranty term varies by brand, typically 1–3 years.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 14-day return window on eligible concentrators. Returns must be in new, unused, and saleable condition, with all packaging and accessories.

Is there a restocking fee?

Yes. For non-warranty returns (ordered wrong product, changed mind, etc.) a 20% restocking fee applies and the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Do you sell used or refurbished units?

Not at this time. We only provide new equipment to ensure safety, performance, and warranty coverage.

Can I return a concentrator after using it?

You may perform an initial function check only.
If the device shows signs of use beyond basic testing (including wear, odor, or missing parts), the return will be denied.
