Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM EST (excluding holidays).
Most in-stock, non-prescription items ship within 1–3 business days.

Prescription and insurance-covered items may require additional processing time for documentation, verification, or prior authorization.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary by carrier and destination.
Once an order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or text.

Shipping Restrictions

Some medical products require a prescription or medical documentation. These items will not ship until all required paperwork is received and verified.

Due to federal and carrier regulations, compressed oxygen cylinders cannot be shipped. Portable oxygen concentrators and accessories may ship depending on product type and availability.

We do not ship to PO Boxes for certain medical equipment deliveries.

Shipping Areas

We currently ship within the United States.
At this time, we do not ship internationally.

Free Shipping Eligibility

Free shipping promotions apply to eligible products and U.S. orders only. Oversized equipment, rentals, and specialty medical devices may not qualify.

Order Changes & Address Corrections

For security and fraud prevention, we cannot modify the shipping address after an order has been placed.
Incorrect addresses may delay delivery and result in additional carrier fees. These fees are the customer’s responsibility.

Order Tracking

All shipments include tracking. If you do not receive a tracking email, contact us with your order number.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If an item arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours with photos of packaging and product.
Lost shipments will be investigated with the carrier. Resolution timelines are subject to carrier policies.

Backorders & Out-of-Stock Items

If an item is on backorder, we will contact you with the option to:

  • Wait for restock

  • Switch to a comparable item (if available)

  • Receive a refund

Curbside Delivery / Freight Items

Large items (e.g., hospital beds, lift chairs) may ship freight.
Freight deliveries are curbside only, unless inside-delivery is arranged ahead of time and may include additional fees.
